Em parceria com diversas entidades, a Secretaria Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura – Seduc – ir\u00e1 implantar o projeto Escola Sem Homofobia, que visa levar aos professores orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para lidar com alunos homossexuais e temas relacionados \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e de identidade de g\u00eanero. Uma reuni\u00e3o foi realizada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (6) para tratar do assunto.<\/p>\n

No encontro estiveram presentes representantes da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Diversidade da Seduc, F\u00f3rum de ONGs LGBT – Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es N\u00e3o-governamentais para L\u00e9sbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis, Transexuais, e Transg\u00eaneros -, e do Centro de Rerer\u00eancia LGBT. Ficou definido que o projeto piloto ser\u00e1 implantado em escolas estaduais de ensino fundamental e m\u00e9dio em 10 munic\u00edpios: Teresina, Pimenteiras, Lagoinha, Socorro do Piau\u00ed, Santa Cruz, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Peixe, Inhuma, Nossa Senhora de Nazar\u00e9, Alvorada do Gurgu\u00e9ia e Bel\u00e9m do Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n

“O projeto vai promover a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o para que possam lidar de maneira adequada e de forma educativa, em seu cotidiano escolar, com temas relacionados \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e de identidade de g\u00eanero”, explica F\u00e1tima Maria Solano, Coordenadora de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Diversidade. As a\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o intensificadas entre abril e julho.<\/p>\n

Segundo a coordenadora, o projeto pretende orientar melhor os docentes para entender melhor o que \u00e9 homofobia e poder intervir de maneira adequada nos casos. “As diferen\u00e7as existem nas salas de aula, mas o assunto n\u00e3o \u00e9 conversado principalmente porque os professores n\u00e3o t\u00eam informa\u00e7\u00e3o suficiente para lidar com a quest\u00e3o da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual”, afirma F\u00e1tima solano.<\/p>\n

“Queremos que o ser humano seja respeitado independente de suas op\u00e7\u00f5es sexuais. Nossa inten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 despertar a sexualidade”, acrescenta Jo\u00e3o Leite, Secret\u00e1rio Geral do F\u00f3rum de ONGs LGBT. Pontos relacionados com a sa\u00fade e preven\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o trabalhados.<\/p>\n
