O objetivo do semin\u00e1rio \u00e9 trazer para a discuss\u00e3o interna do Parlamento a quest\u00e3o da subrepresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de significativos setores ou grupos da sociedade (negros, mulheres e ind\u00edgenas). Quais as raz\u00f5es dessa baixa representa\u00e7\u00e3o e como os partidos pol\u00edticos tem enfrentado esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Para enriquecer a discuss\u00e3o \u00e9 importante tamb\u00e9m conhecer o pensamento da sociedade organizada e os conhecimentos e an\u00e1lises produzidas sobre o tema. O local do evento \u00e9 o plen\u00e1rio da Comiss\u00e3o de Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Participativa (CLP) na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.
