Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil \u00e9 fundamental para regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/p>\n

Na ter\u00e7a-feira (29), a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) publicou um conjunto de normas que visa regulamentar a propaganda de alimentos com elevadas quantidades de a\u00e7\u00facar, gorduras saturada ou trans e s\u00f3dio. O objetivo \u00e9 proteger consumidores(as) da omiss\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre produtos e da indu\u00e7\u00e3o ao consumo excessivo de determinados alimentos.<\/p>\n

Embora diversas entidades da sociedade civil tenham contribu\u00eddo para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do texto final da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Diretoria Colegiada (RDC) n.\u00ba 24\/2010, tais sugest\u00f5es n\u00e3o foram plenamente incorporadas. Com isso, perdeu-se a oportunidade de regulamentar especificamente a publicidade de alimentos dirigidas \u00e0s crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Imediatamente ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, a ind\u00fastria de alimentos iniciou uma grande campanha para revog\u00e1-la, alegando inconstitucionalidade. Agora, a Advocacia Geral da Uni\u00e3o, que havia anteriormente apoiado publicamente a Anvisa, divulgou em seu site na internet uma nota recomendando que a Ag\u00eancia suspendesse a RDC n.\u00ba 24\/2010.<\/p>\n

Nesse contexto, a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil \u00e9 fundamental para que n\u00e3o se tenha um retrocesso. \u00c9 preciso garantir a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do texto publicado pela Anvisa e buscar a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da publicidade deste grupo de alimentos e bebidas tamb\u00e9m para crian\u00e7as. Voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 participar enviando a carta de apoio.<\/p>\n

Participam dessa campanha: F\u00f3rum Brasileiro de Soberania e Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutricional; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o; Instituto Brasileiro de Defesa do Consumidor; Instituto Alana; Conselho Federal e Regional de Nutricionistas; Conselho Federal de Psicologia; Observat\u00f3rio de Pol\u00edticas de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Universidade de Bras\u00edlia; Sindicato dos Nutricionistas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
