A ideia foi bem recebida mas acabou sendo impossibilitada pela falta de tempo h\u00e1bil para negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste ano estamos renovando o pleito e temos certeza de que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Presidenta Dilma vai nos ajudar a levantar esta bandeira, no esp\u00edrito do nosso tema &#8211; Inclus\u00e3o acontecendo: amplie este exemplo\u201d, diz Lourdes Lima, Presidente da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de S\u00edndrome de Down\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A cada ano, no per\u00edodo da Assembleia Geral das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, que come\u00e7a em setembro com os discursos dos Presidentes, os pa\u00edses membros da ONU prop\u00f5em resolu\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o acatadas ou n\u00e3o pelos demais membros da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.Tornar a data oficial \u00e9 importante especialmente para os pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento, que ainda est\u00e3o engatinhando em termos de inclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nada mais natural que o Brasil assuma esta tarefa, uma vez que desde a institui\u00e7\u00e3o da data o pa\u00eds foi o que mais eventos preparou e um dos que mais avan\u00e7ou em conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pol\u00edticas de inclus\u00e3o. \u201cPodemos citar a pol\u00edtica de educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva do MEC, que beneficia n\u00e3o apenas os estudantes com s\u00edndrome de Down como todos os alunos com qualquer defici\u00eancia ou problema de aprendizagem, como dislexia, hiperatividade, entre outros\u201d, afirma a presidente da FBASD.<\/p>\n<p>Mas, de acordo com ela, ainda h\u00e1 muito a avan\u00e7ar na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o para atender as especificidades das pessoas com defici\u00eancia, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e programas de sa\u00fade. \u201cS\u00e3o raros os estados e munic\u00edpios que contam com fonoaudi\u00f3logos em seus quadros, por exemplo. Esses profissionais s\u00e3o essenciais para desenvolver a fala em indiv\u00edduos com s\u00edndrome de Down\u201d, completa Lourdes.<\/p>\n<p><a
