Preocupado com a qualidade no atendimento desta demanda, o Prefeito Cristiano Matheus nomeou um historiador para dar um melhor direcionamento ao trabalho de recep\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 sendo feito por guias locais. E tamb\u00e9m incrementar alguns detalhes t\u00e9cnicos relativos \u00e1 vida de Manoel Deodoro da Fonseca.<\/p>\n<p>Henrique Cavalcante \u00e9 formado em historia na Faculdade Cesmac e portador da s\u00edndrome de down. \u2018Posso dizer que se trata de um vencedor, de um jovem que n\u00e3o se importou com eventuais diferen\u00e7as que as pessoas tentam colocar por pura falta de informa\u00e7\u00e3o.
