Os fiscais tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o o dever de incentivar as empresas a promoverem a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas com defici\u00eancia contratadas, em reuni\u00f5es locais com a presen\u00e7a dos empregadores e entidades qualificadoras.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a secret\u00e1ria de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do Trabalho do MTE, Vera Albuquerque, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 estimular a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com algum tipo de defici\u00eancia. &#8220;O incentivo \u00e0 qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia e a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento especial de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e3o estimular a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o correta da pessoa com defici\u00eancia e sua completa integra\u00e7\u00e3o no ambiente de trabalho, com ganhos significativos para os trabalhadores, para as empresas e para toda a sociedade&#8221;, afirmou Vera.<\/p>\n<p>A caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o da pessoa com defici\u00eancia, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es entre as Superintend\u00eancias Regionais do Trabalho e Emprego (SRTE), e a previs\u00e3o das formas de combate \u00e0s pr\u00e1ticas discriminat\u00f3rias tamb\u00e9m foram especificadas pela instru\u00e7\u00e3o normativa.<\/p>\n<p>*Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es*<\/p>\n<p>Os dados mostram que, em 2009 foram inseridos 26.449 profissionais no mercado de trabalho, somente com a intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio. J\u00e1 no ano de 2010, os auditores do trabalho formalizaram a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de 28.752 pessoas com defici\u00eancia; e no ano passado, em 2011, este n\u00famero aumentou 19,62%, chegando a 34.395 pessoas em todo o Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>*Viver sem Limites*<\/p>\n<p>O balan\u00e7o do primeiro semestre de 2012 do plano Viver sem Limites, mostra que o Brasil atingiu a meta para o ano na oferta de vagas pelo Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino T\u00e9cnico e Emprego (Pronatec), com 20 mil vagas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e tecnol\u00f3gica para deficientes.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do plano \u00e9 garantir o acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, inclus\u00e3o social, aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sa\u00fade e acessibilidade a pessoas com defici\u00eancia, e oferecer 150 mil vagas de cursos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o para esse segmento at\u00e9 2014. Atualmente, 45 milh\u00f5es de pessoas declaram possuir algum tipo de defici\u00eancia no Pa\u00eds, segundo o Censo IBGE\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>Fonte: <a
