H\u00e1 controv\u00e9rsias. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel ser a melhor empresa para se trabalhar num pa\u00eds com tamanha desigualdade racial? Isso n\u00e3o impacta o neg\u00f3cio e o desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds? Quando \u00e9 que os crit\u00e9rios para se eleger uma empresa para isso ou para aquilo (pr\u00eamios, \u00edndices da bolsa, cr\u00e9dito governamental etc.) passar\u00e3o a considerar efetivamente a quest\u00e3o racial como algo essencial para o neg\u00f3cio e para o pa\u00eds?<\/p>\n<p>No caso de multinacional, nem sequer trazemos para o Brasil o que faz a matriz. Seria impens\u00e1vel apresentar os mesmos dados nos EUA ou na Europa. Pior ainda, seria impens\u00e1vel n\u00e3o apresentar dado algum em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 demografia interna da empresa quanto \u00e0 quest\u00e3o racial, como acontece aqui.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00c9poca e a Voc\u00ea S.A., com seus parceiros, precisam rever seus crit\u00e9rios e incluir fortemente esse tema porque o Brasil tem mais de 50% de negros em sua popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Fosse muito menor esse percentual, como nos EUA, j\u00e1 seria motivo para agir a favor da diversidade racial.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00e9 um dos temas de um semin\u00e1rio que estou ajudando a organizar e que deve acontecer em novembro. Se a quest\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m te incomoda, vou divulgar aqui assim que for aprovado e tomara que possamos come\u00e7ar 2015 com outro olhar sobre o que \u00e9 ser uma das 130 ou 150 melhores empresas para se trabalhar.<\/p>\n<p>Estou focando na quest\u00e3o do negro, mas o mesmo vale para o cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o de cotas (\u00e9 lei!) para a inclus\u00e3o de profissionais com defici\u00eancia. Sua empresa pode ser considerada entre as dezenas de empresas como a melhor para se trabalhar sem que a quest\u00e3o da lei seja avaliada? Temos que criar um \u00edndice \u00e0 parte, como est\u00e1 sendo criado?
