No entanto, apesar de todo aparato institucional oferecido pelo Governo Federal e do grande n\u00famero de tecnologias assistivas \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos deficientes, a realidade \u00e9 outra, menos inclusiva do que se deveria. Em 2012 o Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego constatou que, dos 45,6 milh\u00f5es de pessoas com defici\u00eancia no Brasil, apenas 330,3 mil det\u00e9m algum tipo de v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com pesquisa realizada pela consultoria Talento Incluir, entre junho e agosto de 2013, de um universo de 836 deficientes empregados, somente 329 mantiveram-se na posi\u00e7\u00e3o ocupada, o que representa uma taxa de evas\u00e3o de 61%. Esses n\u00fameros comprovam que, a despeito do estimulante cen\u00e1rio atual de inclus\u00e3o e empregabilidade de pessoas com defici\u00eancia, algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es ainda precisam ser adotadas com vistas a otimizar o cen\u00e1rio de reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos deficientes contratados.<\/p>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia para mero preenchimento das cotas exigidas pela Lei n\u00ba 8.213\/91, sem a devida observa\u00e7\u00e3o a crit\u00e9rios profissionais, poucos contratados conseguem ser efetivados ao t\u00e9rmino do per\u00edodo de experi\u00eancia. Assim, ajustar a real capacidade demonstrada pelo entrevistado deficiente \u00e0s caracter\u00edsticas da posi\u00e7\u00e3o aberta \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel. Nota-se, dessa forma, a pouca capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da \u00e1rea de gest\u00e3o de pessoas. Isso se deve, talvez, pelo pouco contato com deficientes ao longo da vida e por poss\u00edveis lacunas nos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Em contrapartida, \u00e9 preciso que pessoas com defici\u00eancia a procura de emprego busquem sua constante capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e incessante aprimoramento como qualquer outro profissional, a fim de garantir sua empregabilidade no mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>No que tange \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o em ambiente corporativo, cabe \u00e0 institui\u00e7\u00e3o contratante zelar pela oferta de engenharias de acessibilidade (rampas, apoios e suportes) necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 plena deambula\u00e7\u00e3o do funcion\u00e1rio; investir em tecnologias assistivas e ergon\u00f4micas (tela de aumento para vis\u00e3o subnormal, equipamentos para deficientes auditivos, esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho personalizadas); al\u00e9m de promover a\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas junto a todas as equipes, de modo a difundir regras de conduta espec\u00edficas para cada tipo de defici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Se bem observadas, essas linhas gerais promoveriam sinergia positiva e din\u00e2mica entre as equipes de trabalho, o que poder\u00e1 assegurar o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas nas unidades corporativas e a maior reten\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia empregadas no mercado de
