disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancias e suas fam\u00edlias.<span> <\/span>Se a popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira em geral sofre com a precariedade dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade dispon\u00edveis para os cidad\u00e3os, imagine-se ent\u00e3o a quallidade dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o, se \u00e9 que existem, das pessoas com alguma defici\u00eancia.<span> <\/span>Na maioria das vezes aa fam\u00edlias precisam se cotizar para cobrir gastos imposs\u00edveis de enfrentar!<span> <\/span>No entanto, a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara a respeito como veremos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">&#8220;<em>ARTIGO 25 \u2013 SA\u00daDE<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">Os pa\u00edses reconhecem que todas as pessoas com defici\u00eancias possuem o mesmo direito a cuidados de sa\u00fade de qualidade, sem discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o devido \u00e0 defici\u00eancia.<span> <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">Os pa\u00edses ir\u00e3o assegurar que sa\u00fade e servi\u00e7os de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o ligados \u00e0 sa\u00fade estejam dispon\u00edveis, incluindo:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"><span>a.<span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">Assegurar que as pessoas com defici\u00eancias podem obter a mesma variedade, qualidade e padr\u00e3o de cuidados de sa\u00fade gratuitos que outras pessoas;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"><span>b.<span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">Assegurar que pessoas com defici\u00eancias possam obter servi\u00e7os de que necessitem em raz\u00e3o de sua defici\u00eancia e a fim de proteg\u00ea-las de mais defici\u00eancia;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"><span>c.<span style=\"font-family:'Times trabalhadores da sa\u00fade propiciem o mesmo cuidado de qualidade a pessoas com defici\u00eancias como ocorre com outras pessoas, por exemplo, somente se a pessoa concorda e foi informada de seus direitos alcan\u00e7ados atrav\u00e9s de treinamentos e estabelecendo padr\u00f5es \u00e9ticos para cuidados com a sa\u00fade;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"><span>e.<span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\">Dar um fim \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o feita contra pessoas com defici\u00eancias quando se trata de seguro-sa\u00fade e seguro de vida, e assegurando que esse tipo de seguran\u00e7a seja fornecido com paridade;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:14pt;\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em><span
