A Confer\u00eancia ir\u00e1 trabalhar para promover o di\u00e1logo regional para desenvolver um entendimento comum sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o da ONU e de um novo quadro de desenvolvimento global inclusivo. The programme will begin on the morning of Thursday 22 October and conclude on the afternoon of Saturday 24 October (a total of two-and-a-half days).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference Declaration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The conference will aim to produce a declaration to be signed by all participants, which will be available as an advocacy tool following completion of the conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested applicants from the Latin American region are invited to complete the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internationaldisabilityalliance.org\/sites\/disalliance.e-presentaciones.net\/files\/public\/files\/Conference%20Application%20Form_ENGLISH%20%281%29.docx\">application form<\/a>. Applications should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:LAconference@ida-secretariat.org\">LAconference@ida-secretariat.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fin de coincidir con la adopci\u00f3n del Marco de Desarrollo Post-2015 en Septiembre, International Disability Alliance (IDA), en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Asociaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para Promover los Derechos de Personas con Discapacidad, (UN PRPD), la secretar\u00eda de estado de S\u00e3o Paulo por los derechos de las personas con discapacidad y con el apoyo de UNICEF, llevar\u00e1n a cabo una conferencia en Sao Pablo, Brasil del 22 al 24 de Octubre, sobre la realizaci\u00f3n del marco de desarrollo post-2015 de manera que sea incluyente de las personas con discapacidad, en l\u00ednea con la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos de Personas con Discapacidad de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (CDPD).<\/p>\n<p>Con enfoque particular en la regi\u00f3n de Latino-Am\u00e9rica, la conferencia fomentar\u00e1 el dialogo entre los accionistas nacionales, regionales y globales representantes de los Estados, incluyendo organizaciones de personas con discapacidad y sus familias (ODPs) representantes del gobierno, organizaciones intergubernamentales, agencias de las Naciones Unidas y equipos de Naciones Unidas en el pa\u00eds; con respecto a la implementaci\u00f3n de la CDPD y la habilidad de la Convenci\u00f3n para soportar la implementaci\u00f3n de un marco de desarrollo post-2015 inclusivo, as\u00ed como otros procesos relevantes. Adicionalmente, en la conferencia se integrar\u00e1n las perspectivas de grupos representativos infra-representados del movimiento de discapacidad en dicha regi\u00f3n, tales como juventud y personas ind\u00edgenas, con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos de la Conferencia:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enfatizar el di\u00e1logo entre m\u00faltiples actores sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad de las Naciones Unidas (CDPD) y el Marco de Desarrollo Post-2015.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecer de forma nacional, subregional y regional, la red de ODPs e incidir a nivel nacional, regional y global para soportar la implementaci\u00f3n de la CDPD de las Naciones Unidas y un Marco de Desarrollo Post-2015 que sea inclusivo en Latino-Am\u00e9rica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Fechas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La conferencia se llevara a cabo del <strong>22 al 24 de Octubre 2015<\/strong>.
