{"id":292,"date":"2008-05-22T22:28:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-22T22:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agenciainclusive.wordpress.com\/2008\/05\/22\/medidas-contra-a-discriminacao-no-mercado-de-trabalho\/"},"modified":"2008-05-22T22:28:00","modified_gmt":"2008-05-22T22:28:00","slug":"medidas-contra-a-discriminacao-no-mercado-de-trabalho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inclusivenews.com.br\/?p=292","title":{"rendered":"Medidas contra a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Portaria n\u00b0 219, de 7 de maio de 2008<\/p>\n<p>Cria a Comiss\u00e3o de Igualdade de Oportunidades de G\u00eanero, de Ra\u00e7a e Etnia, de Pessoas com Defici\u00eancias e de Combate \u00e0 Discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>O MINISTRO DE ESTADO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere o art. 87, paragrafo \u00fanico, inciso II, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, e tendo em vista o compromisso do Governo Brasileiro de promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de igualdade, de oportunidades e de combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no mundo do trabalho, resolve:<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba Criar a Comiss\u00e3o de Igualdade de Oportunidades de G\u00eanero, de Ra\u00e7a e Etnia, de Pessoas com Defici\u00eancias e de Combate \u00e0 Discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, no \u00e2mbito do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego, composta por uma inst\u00e2ncia Central e uma inst\u00e2ncia Regional.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba Compete \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o Central:<br \/>\nI &#8211; orientar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de promo\u00e7\u00e3o de igualdade de oportunidades e de combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o no mundo do trabalho; II &#8211; monitorar e avaliar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es de promo\u00e7\u00e3o de igualdade de oportunidades e de combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o sob responsabilidade do MTE;<br \/>\nIII &#8211; promover a articula\u00e7\u00e3o interna e parcerias com os diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais e com a sociedade civil, com a finalidade de combater todas as formas de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e de promover a igualdade de oportunidades e de tratamento no mundo do trabalho;<br \/>\nIV &#8211; orientar na efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas enquanto<br \/>\nV &#8211; acolher den\u00fancias de pr\u00e1ticas discriminat\u00f3rias no trabalho,<br \/>\nbuscando solucion\u00e1-las de acordo com os dispositivos legais e por meio de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es e, quando for o caso, encaminh\u00e1-las ao minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho;<br \/>\nVI &#8211; produzir relat\u00f3rio mensal sobre as atividades exercidas e<br \/>\nresultados alcan\u00e7ados, encaminhando- o \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o Central.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 6\u00ba Os representantes designados para compor a Comiss\u00e3o Central e as Comiss\u00f5es Regionais desempenhar\u00e3o suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es sem preju\u00edzo \u00e0quelas decorrentes de seus respectivos cargos ou fun\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo a participa\u00e7\u00e3o considerada presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o relevante e n\u00e3o remunerada.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 7\u00ba Revogar a Portaria n\u00ba 604, de 1\u00ba de junho de 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 8\u00ba Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>CARLOS LUPI<br \/>\nFonte: Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, S\u00e9c.
