Esta obra \u00e9 fruto de pesquisa, de atua\u00e7\u00e3o como consultor, professor, gestor educacional e advogado, no qual o autor aprofundou os argumentos para o imprescind\u00edvel di\u00e1logo da escola de hoje. Consolidar o sistema educacional inclusivo deixou de ser uma proposta para alunos com defici\u00eancia, pois educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade lan\u00e7a m\u00e3o de recursos pol\u00edtico-pedag\u00f3gicos, tecnol\u00f3gicos, e tem o sujeito singular, com ou sem defici\u00eancia, como sua escolha para romper com as barreiras e conformismos do passado.<\/p>\n<p>Entre v\u00e1rios pontos importantes, chamou minha aten\u00e7\u00e3o no livro de Gonzalo Lopez o quanto foi rica a disputa presente na ADI 5357, movida t\u00e3o logo a LBI foi sancionada em 2015, na tentativa de desobrigar o sistema educacional privado tornar-se inclusivo.
