Express\u00f5es como \u201ccomprometimento\u201d, \u201cseveridade\u201d, \u201climita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, \u201ccaso grave\u201d, \u201cn\u00edvel muito baixo\u201d, \u201cd\u00e9ficit\u201d, \u201catraso\u201d, ou afirma\u00e7\u00f5es de que determinados alunos \u201cn\u00e3o acompanham\u201d, \u201cn\u00e3o d\u00e3o conta\u201d ou \u201cn\u00e3o t\u00eam condi\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d. N\u00e3o apenas descrevem: produzem hierarquias, autorizam a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das expectativas e naturalizam percursos escolares empobrecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando esse vocabul\u00e1rio se estabiliza como pr\u00e1tica institucional, restringe o acesso ao curr\u00edculo, converte a media\u00e7\u00e3o em tutela e transforma a participa\u00e7\u00e3o em concess\u00e3o. A presen\u00e7a f\u00edsica passa a ser tomada como evid\u00eancia de inclus\u00e3o, enquanto o direito ao conhecimento n\u00e3o se efetiva. A baixa expectativa, nesse contexto, configura viol\u00eancia pedag\u00f3gica ao antecipar trajet\u00f3rias e esvaziar o sentido formativo da escolariza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A compreens\u00e3o da defici\u00eancia como rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre sujeitos e barreiras n\u00e3o implica negar a exist\u00eancia de les\u00f5es ou condi\u00e7\u00f5es org\u00e2nicas. O que se recusa \u00e9 a sua centralidade como crit\u00e9rio definidor das possibilidades educativas. O impedimento pode compor a experi\u00eancia do sujeito, mas n\u00e3o pode orientar, por si s\u00f3, as decis\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas nem definir o acesso ao conhecimento. O foco desloca-se para as condi\u00e7\u00f5es produzidas pela escola: a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino, as media\u00e7\u00f5es, a acessibilidade das linguagens e os recursos mobilizados para que todos os estudantes participem da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O processo de aprendizagem passa, ent\u00e3o, a ser reconhecido como mediado e socialmente constitu\u00eddo. Ensinar deixa de significar selecionar aqueles que se aproximam de um padr\u00e3o de normalidade e passa a envolver a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o intencional de situa\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas que acolham diferentes modos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas atividades de estudo. Nessa dire\u00e7\u00e3o, os princ\u00edpios do desenho universal para a aprendizagem orientam a diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias, linguagens, formas de registro e modos de intera\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo que o acesso ao curr\u00edculo n\u00e3o dependa da adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do estudante a um modelo \u00fanico de ensino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesse movimento, a tecnologia assistiva integra o planejamento pedag\u00f3gico como media\u00e7\u00e3o para o acesso \u00e0s pr\u00e1ticas de linguagem, aos sistemas de registro, \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias. Articulada ao curr\u00edculo e ao trabalho docente, viabiliza que o estudante formule escolhas, organize respostas, participe das atividades de estudo e se posicione diante do conhecimento, sustentando o exerc\u00edcio da autonomia entendida como tomada de decis\u00f5es e participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa nos percursos formativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa compreens\u00e3o exige problematizar a centralidade atribu\u00edda \u00e0 independ\u00eancia, frequentemente associada a uma concep\u00e7\u00e3o de sujeito autossuficiente que desconsidera a interdepend\u00eancia como condi\u00e7\u00e3o constitutiva da vida social e dos processos de aprendizagem. A autonomia mostra-se conceitualmente mais consistente ao reconhecer que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o se realiza por meio de apoios, media\u00e7\u00f5es e recursos que permitem ao estudante acessar conte\u00fados, produzir sentidos e interagir com o coletivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A disputa presente na educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial inclusiva \u00e9 de natureza paradigm\u00e1tica. De um lado, mant\u00e9m-se uma l\u00f3gica classificat\u00f3ria orientada pela normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos corpos e pela gest\u00e3o das diferen\u00e7as. De outro, afirma-se a responsabilidade institucional da escola na garantia de acesso ao conhecimento, participa\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizagem para todos os estudantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se a recorr\u00eancia desses apontamentos, por vezes, provoca inc\u00f4modo, pe\u00e7o que seja compreendida como express\u00e3o de um compromisso \u00e9tico e pol\u00edtico que ultrapassa uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o individual. Trata-se de enunciar a partir de um coletivo historicamente exclu\u00eddo do direito pleno \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Insistir na centralidade da linguagem e das pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas integra uma milit\u00e2ncia orientada \u00e0 efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o desse direito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquanto a defici\u00eancia for enunciada como desvio de um padr\u00e3o de normalidade, a inclus\u00e3o permanecer\u00e1 no campo da concess\u00e3o.
