Pensar \u00e9 mudar, dizia, acolhendo as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es, as opini\u00f5es, as cr\u00edticas, como um mal-estar necess\u00e1rio, contra a insensatez do repouso do pensamento, o imobilismo, que considerava \u00e1rido e paralisado como a cren\u00e7a de inverno; contra ela, pregava o vento do degelo[2][2].<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">O cen\u00e1rio atual apresenta uma verdadeira &#8220;onda inclusiva&#8221;, que est\u00e1 &#8220;arrebentando na praia&#8221;, leia-se, no mundo educacional, produzindo arrombamentos em estruturas paralisadas, rupturas em paradigmas congelados: conceito e formato de escola est\u00e3o mudando e, com isso, obrigando a olhar as coisas de forma diferente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">O enfrentamento com formas de exist\u00eancia antes n\u00e3o reconhecidas, isoladas em outros espa\u00e7os, encobrindo a dor que assim ficava anestesiada, vai produzindo fatos novos, revisando e criando pr\u00e1ticas, sacudindo a pr\u00f3pria condi\u00e7\u00e3o de pensamento do mundo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">N\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais como anestesiar a dor. Os enigmas est\u00e3o expostos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">A educa\u00e7\u00e3o se convulsiona em debates: a &#8220;onda inclusiva&#8221; desloca certezas sobre os espa\u00e7os da escola; o dentro e o fora se confundem; as paredes que separam escolas regulares e especiais se fundem; formatos curriculares e estrat\u00e9gias de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o se tornam obsoletos, n\u00e3o d\u00e3o conta do que se apresenta. Trata-se da revolu\u00e7\u00e3o paradigm\u00e1tica que se desencadeia com o movimento inclusivo e com as gradativas evolu\u00e7\u00f5es legais que sustentam esse mesmo movimento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">O que \u00e9 educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva? Conceito, hist\u00f3rico, desenvolvimento, panorama atual[3][3]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Fruto de uma longa hist\u00f3ria de luta pelos direitos humanos, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva passou por v\u00e1rios momentos e movimentos, a respeito dos quais n\u00e3o se pretende aqui fazer uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o exaustiva. O princ\u00edpio fundamental \u00e9 que todas as crian\u00e7as deveriam aprender juntas, independentemente de quaisquer dificuldades ou diferen\u00e7as que possam ter. As escolas inclusivas devem reconhecer e responder \u00e0s diversas dificuldades de seus alunos, acomodando tanto estilos como ritmos diferentes de aprendizagem, assegurando uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade a todos atrav\u00e9s de curr\u00edculo apropriado, modifica\u00e7\u00f5es organizacionais, estrat\u00e9gias de ensino, uso de recursos e parcerias com a comunidade (&#8230;) Dentro das escolas inclusivas, as crian\u00e7as com necessidades educacionais especiais deveriam receber qualquer apoio extra que possam precisar, para que se lhes assegure uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva[4][4].<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00d8 Educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva \u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family:Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">&#8211;
