style=\"font-size:100%;\">Institui o Programa de Assist\u00eancia  Ventilat\u00f3ria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:#2e2c2d;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">N\u00e3o Invasiva aos Portadores  de<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:#2e2c2d;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Doen\u00e7as  Neuromusculares.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">O MINISTRO DE ESTADO DA SA\u00daDE, no uso de style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">grupo de doen\u00e7as que levam \u00e0 fraqueza  muscular generalizada envolvendo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">membros superiores e\/ou inferiores, m\u00fasculos  da orofaringe<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">e da respira\u00e7\u00e3o acarretando dificuldades  para engolir, falar e respirar;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Considerando a necessidade de adotar medidas  que style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">neuromusculares ou mesmo evit\u00e1-la, bem como  promover a melhoria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">da qualidade e expectativa de vida destes  pacientes; e<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Considerando a necessidade de ampliar o  escopo do referido<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Programa contemplando, al\u00e9m da distrofia  muscular progressiva, outras<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">doen\u00e7as neuromusculares cujos portadores,  igualmente aos da<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">primeira, de acordo com a fase de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o  de sua doen\u00e7a, comprometimento<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">da fun\u00e7\u00e3o respirat\u00f3ria e outras determinadas  situa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">cl\u00ednicas, podem se beneficiar com a  utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos que<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">propiciem a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o nasal intermitente de  press\u00e3o positiva, resolve:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba O Programa ora institu\u00eddo tem por  objetivo melhorar class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">ou mesmo evit\u00e1-la, promover a melhoria da  sua qualidade e<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">expectativa style=\"font-size:100%;\">aos Pacientes Portadores de Distrofia  Muscular Progressiva institu\u00eddo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">pela Portaria n\u00ba 1.531\/GM, de 4 de setembro  de 2001.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Art. 2\u00ba Estabelecer que as Secretarias de  Sa\u00fade dos Estados,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">do Distrito Federal e dos Munic\u00edpios em  Gest\u00e3o Plena do Sistema<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">devam adotar as medidas necess\u00e1rias \u00e0  organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Programa de Assist\u00eancia Ventilat\u00f3ria  N\u00e3o Invasiva aos Portadores de<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Doen\u00e7as Neuromusculares ora 3\u00ba Determinar que a Secretaria de  Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade &#8211;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">SAS\/MS estabele\u00e7a os crit\u00e9rios t\u00e9cnicos para  a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">o rol de doen\u00e7as a serem contempladas, bem  como adote as<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:8pt;color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">medidas necess\u00e1rias ao fiel cumprimento do  disposto nesta Portaria.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><span
