Fa\u00e7o saber que o Congresso Nacional aprovou, e eu, Garibaldi
\nAlves Filho, Presidente do Senado Federal, conforme o disposto
\nno art. 5\u00ba, \u00a7 3\u00ba, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e nos termos do art. 48,
\ninciso XXVIII, do Regimento Interno, promulgo o seguinte
\nDECRETO LEGISLATIVO
\nN\u00ba 186, DE 2008(*)
\nAprova o texto da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os Direitos
\ndas Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia e de seu
\nProtocolo Facultativo, assinados em Nova
\nIorque, em 30 de mar\u00e7o de 2007.
\nO Congresso Nacional decreta:
\nArt. 1\u00ba Fica aprovado, nos termos do \u00a7 3\u00ba do art. 5\u00ba da
\nConstitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, o texto da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os Direitos das
\nPessoas com Defici\u00eancia e de seu Protocolo Facultativo, assinados em
\nNova Iorque, em 30 de mar\u00e7o de 2007.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. Ficam sujeitos \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Congresso
\nNacional quaisquer atos que alterem a referida Conven\u00e7\u00e3o e seu
\nProtocolo Facultativo, bem como quaisquer outros ajustes complementares
\nque, nos termos do inciso I do caput do art. 49 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o
\nFederal, acarretem encargos ou compromissos gravosos ao
\npatrim\u00f4nio nacional.
\nArt. 2\u00ba Este Decreto Legislativo entra em vigor na data de
\nsua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.
