Os bancos se recusaram a abordar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos homossexuais no question\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Ser um banc\u00e1rio LGB n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil, imagine ent\u00e3o para as travestis e transexuais, onde a sua afirma\u00e7\u00e3o como pessoa passa pela identifica\u00e7\u00e3o visual feminina?<\/p>\n<p>O preconceito e a dificuldade de um homossexual de fazer carreira dentro do banco \u00e9 t\u00e3o grande ou maior que vividas pelas mulheres e pelos negros.<\/p>\n<p>O banc\u00e1rio Maikon Nunes Azzi, do Unibanco, homossexual assumido, tem dificuldades para crescer na carreira e fica limitado. Discreto, ele conta que ainda n\u00e3o conseguiu algumas promo\u00e7\u00f5es, mas que essa n\u00e3o \u00e9 a realidade. \u201cEu nunca vi um homossexual mais afetado ser gestor. O banco tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o coloca esse banc\u00e1rio para trabalhar numa ag\u00eancia ou atender o p\u00fablico\u201d, explica Maikon, ressaltando que o preconceito \u00e9 do banco e n\u00e3o dos colegas.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Ferreira dos Santos<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o ex-funcion\u00e1rio do Bradesco, Antonio Ferreira dos Santos, hoje como corretor de seguros, conquistou na Justi\u00e7a uma repara\u00e7\u00e3o por atos de preconceito dentro do banco. O ex-gerente de uma ag\u00eancia em Salvador-BA, \u00e9 o primeiro caso de preconceito julgado pelo Tribunal Superior do Trabalho \u2013 TST -. Ele receber\u00e1 R$ 1,3 milh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Santos foi demetido em 2004 por justa causa sob alega\u00e7\u00e3o de neglig\u00eancia, indisciplina e ato de improbidade. Ele declara-se como homossexual e conta que sofreu por cinco anos discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e ass\u00e9dio. Demitido, n\u00e3o conseguiu coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com relatos do gerente \u00e0 24\u00aa Vara do Trabalho de Salvador, um diretor regional do Bradesco foi respons\u00e1vel por diversos atos de constrangimento p\u00fablicos como a insinua\u00e7\u00e3o de que o Bradesco n\u00e3o \u00e9 lugar de homossexual, al\u00e9m de propor que o banc\u00e1rio utilizasse o banheiro feminino da ag\u00eancia. A Justi\u00e7a ouviu tr\u00eas testemunhas que confirmaram a vers\u00e3o do gerente, que relata: os \u00faltimos cinco anos foram os piores da sua vida.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 discrimini\u00e7\u00e3o, preconceito e intoler\u00e2ncia contra homossexuais dentro dos bancos. E at\u00e9 para a pesquisa que iria quantificar as diversidades dentro da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, os LGBTs s\u00e3o invis\u00edveis.
