A\u00a0s\u00f3cia dele\u00a0tamb\u00e9m deve ser interrogada no  F\u00f3rum de Contagem, cidade onde mora, segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do F\u00f3rum  Lafayette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">Segundo den\u00fancia da  Promotoria Especializada na Defesa dos Direitos das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia e  Idosos, em 26 de maio de 2007,\u00a0o comerciante e a s\u00f3cia\u00a0recusaram, sem  justa causa, a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de um jovem no curso de teatro. O motivo da recusa  seria o fato de o rapaz ser portador de s\u00edndrome de Down. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">Ainda de acordo com o  Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, a m\u00e3e do jovem que chegou a insistir na matr\u00edcula do filho,  disse\u00a0que os atendentes teriam ofendido o rapaz. Segundo a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, os  denunciados entraram em acordo para sempre recusar a matr\u00edcula dos portadores  dessa defici\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">O comerciante e a s\u00f3cia  dele est\u00e3o sendo acusados de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:normal;\">recusar,  sem justa causa, a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o de aluno em estabelecimento de ensino por motivos  derivados da defici\u00eancia que porta.
